Poor service I made an appointment for an oil change and arrived on time and was advised that it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours which is excessive for a scheduled app I made an appointment for an oil change and arrived on time and was advised that it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours which is excessive for a scheduled appointment I waited in the waiting room and after 2 hours I had to request when my car would be done. Obviously appointment mean nothing to this dealership More

New dealership that needed better organizational principle. Was not as organized as previous owner. Lots of employees going to and fro with no appparent course of mission or necessary training. Met few Customerrs who had problems and gave 2 Nissan Corporate #.. Gave sales parameters of what I was looking for. A car 2016 or higher with under 30k miles, and $3000 to $4000 with trade. They showed me a 2013 VW and another that was a 2015 Sentra. They also told me that the deal should be done that day, because it was the last day of the month, invalidating Labor Day upcoming sales events that Companies invest heavily in advertising Labor Day sales. I went there for 2 treasons a $14.00 oil change ( arbiitrated through Nissan NA) to get an State inspection sticker and a promise of 125% Blue Book value of my current car. The only part of the Nissan NA deal was the oil change. They were not authorised for State Inspections and had to go to a competitor Buick) to get same. The oil change and Blue book trade agreement was offered because of incentives etc. that was offered by the previous dealership to persuade me to buy the car. When it was taken over, they refused to honor any of them. The old dealership.would but I would have to travel out of state(about 60+ miles) More

Great customer service Came in for a switch of airbag inflator due to a recall, they greeted me at the door and quickly took the vehicle. Oil change I had an overall good experience, I went in for an oil change but I guess something was wrong with my transmission so they fixed it. They had to keep I had an overall good experience, I went in for an oil change but I guess something was wrong with my transmission so they fixed it. They had to keep my car overnight and I guess a part came in all kinked so instead of it being an overnight I picked it up on Monday instead of Friday. They kept me in the loop about my car so I knew what they were doing most of the time. I honestly did not like driving the rogue for 3 days just because it really wasn’t my style but I really didn’t have an option of what car I got to use. More
