Quick and Easy I had an issue with my tire that needed immediate attention. I called the salesman Jared who had sold me the car and he got me right in to handle the I had an issue with my tire that needed immediate attention. Although I didn't get the name of the gentleman that helped me in the service department I did have a conversation with a GM named Al. Terrible service Customer service was great before the sale and then it was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. We were there on a Saturday evening and w Customer service was great before the sale and then it was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. We were there on a Saturday evening and were suppose to come in on Monday with a bank check to pick up the vehicle. There was rim damage that was suppose to be fixed when I picked it up on Monday. I get there on Monday and not only are the rims not done but now there is front bumper damage that was not there on the Saturday. He then promises that the rims and the bumper will be fixed. No appointment is scheduled. He tells me to drop the car off the following Wednesday and when I get there the service department has no idea I am there and there is no loaner car available. I finally get an appointment for the following Tuesday. It takes another week for the work to be done and when I finally get the car back the nissan emblem was removed and never replaced. We talk to the sales manager who promises to order a new one and arrange for the car to be picked up the following Tuesday. It is now Wednesday night and no phone call regarding the car. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and would never recommend buying a car from this dealership. More
