Oil Change I needed an appointment and could make one for the next day. I arrived a little before the time, and my car was taken in immediately.Dan was very cour I needed an appointment and could make one for the next day. I arrived a little before the time, and my car was taken in immediately.Dan was very courteous and helpful and discussed with me, what needed to be done beside the oil change. I waited and was served coffee by Gail, who later taped a survey with me. Within 1-1/2 hour my car was ready including a wash and cleaning. It was a very pleasant experience. Service Oil change and tire rotation was quick and reasonable. The waiting area was comfortable but unfortunately no ac which is kind of necessarily needed on Oil change and tire rotation was quick and reasonable. I love my new Altima. I had not planned on purchasing a vehicle but found myself in need of one when my lovely Nissan Altima was totaled when a driver hit it while I was pa I had not planned on purchasing a vehicle but found myself in need of one when my lovely Nissan Altima was totaled when a driver hit it while I was parked. I did not come to the dealership with a very happy attitude. The car salesman, a nice young man, listened to my story and shared my pain at loosing the car I loved. He then helped me see the situation in a better frame of mind. Since I had to get a new car I might as well get EVERYTHING I wanted in the car. He then proceeded to find me a car, in my price range, that was fully loaded. I came to the dealership sad and angry. While there I was made to feel like family and I was able to relax and let go of the anger. I left happy with the car of my dreams. More
