Make sure the dealer has the title before you buy! Staff was friendly but unfortunately short handed which made it hard to get help immediately. But sales person Kevin was very nice and kept us updated on timeframe of when he would be available. After looking at and test driving a 2016 Nissan Morano platinum we decided to purchase it. We settled on a purchase price, signed paperwork, and put $1000 down payment. In the mist of conversation it came up that they, “the dealership”, did not have the title inhand and we were told that the original owner still had it, but they would get it from her the next day, Monday, or Tuesday by the latest. I thought it was odd that they did not get the title during the trade in process but gave them the benefit of doubt because there were the professionals. The next day I received a call from the business manager and was told that the original seller would not let them pick up the title from her and that she would drop it off to them on the Wednesday or Thursday of that week. This would now delay me from receiving my vehicle which I was paying over $35,000 in cash, for at least 4 days. It is unexceptionable behavior for a dealership of this size and that has been around for many years to do this. Needless to say I told them that I was not comfortable with handing them my money without a 100% guarantee that I would have my vehicle within 24 hours. So I asked for my deposit back and cancelled the whole transaction. They were very understanding with me and this situation and did not give me any had time. I drove back to the dealership and was credited my deposit back and went on my way. More

He is personable, friendly, respectful and trustworthy. Kevin is such a professional person to work with that I traveled over an hour out of my way to have him help me at his new location. I can’t say enough great things about him. He definitely has a passion for helping people and I am forever grateful! More

Service unlike any other I had my first oil change since buying my car in April. From the second you walk in everyone was welcoming and eager to help.
