Terrible service Customer service was great before the sale and then it was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. We were there on a Saturday evening and w Customer service was great before the sale and then it was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. We were there on a Saturday evening and were suppose to come in on Monday with a bank check to pick up the vehicle. There was rim damage that was suppose to be fixed when I picked it up on Monday. I get there on Monday and not only are the rims not done but now there is front bumper damage that was not there on the Saturday. He then promises that the rims and the bumper will be fixed. No appointment is scheduled. He tells me to drop the car off the following Wednesday and when I get there the service department has no idea I am there and there is no loaner car available. I finally get an appointment for the following Tuesday. It takes another week for the work to be done and when I finally get the car back the nissan emblem was removed and never replaced. We talk to the sales manager who promises to order a new one and arrange for the car to be picked up the following Tuesday. It is now Wednesday night and no phone call regarding the car. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and would never recommend buying a car from this dealership. More

Best car buying experience by far! From the minute I walked in and met Jarred I felt comfortable. He was extremely knowledgable about every aspect of the Altima that I leased. I was also lucky enough to have a lengthy conversation with his manager Michael who made me comfortable with the price, down payment and monthly payment. Not pushy, just honest. These guys were GREAT! The ease with which the finance portion went was amazing. Wait until you see the desk top screen (it's actually the top of the desk). Horrible service I have had my 2015 Nissan Murano Platinum for not even two months now, I have had pieces inside the car MISSING, my console insert MISSING, a piece on I have had my 2015 Nissan Murano Platinum for not even two months now, I have had pieces inside the car MISSING, my console insert MISSING, a piece on the passenger door behind the door handle MISSING, my passenger floor mat MISSING, my headrest will not go down all the way and when they looked at it they told me there was nothing that could be done, they would have to take the whole seat apart to get a metal piece out, my windshield wipers are terrible and falling apart, they don’t replace those after the first driver apparently, also just went in to get the tire pressure light checked because it was on but all four tires were at the same psi, they came back to tell me my air filter was filthy and I needed a new one and it would cost $138! (They filled all the tires with 40 but the tire in question which was the front driver side is now at 45, the vehicle says 35 PSI)?! Well again, I just bought the car not even two months ago, why would I have to replace the air filter ALREADY?! I haven’t even had my first oil change yet, I was told it passed inspection, I’m sure it did pass their inspection but i have maybe driven a total of 100 miles in the car since I’ve had it, I don’t drive much, to work and home, how is it even possible that it’s as dirty as I was shown in a picture, when I picked the car up the windows were filthy, inside was filthy, the salesman had to take it and do it himself. I’m so disgusted with the service here . The girl at the desk was very nice. More
