Hi pressure, deceitful, misrepresentative. I dealt with Anthony from sales good experience. I got the Nissan leaf s went to charge at the charger they had their something was wrong with it two days later they had a new charger installed. Now I got the Nissan leaf s went to charge at the charger they had their something was wrong with it two days later they had a new charger installed. Now we can go there to charge my leaf. They did not take long to have my registration in. I like the fact that I was able to do my inspection right there did not take long at all. My trade-in they gave me full value of what it was worth. BEWARE -purchased a car here on Jan 2-was pleased with how easy it was -mirrors were not working and minor paint touch was needed-told couple of days for repair -10 days goes by with no answers from sal how easy it was -mirrors were not working and minor paint touch was needed-told couple of days for repair -10 days goes by with no answers from sales guy just vague “your car is getting the best care” texts “don’t worry your car is in good hands” ??? -sales and service starts dodging calls and texts-full voicemails, transferring to disconnected lines-no call backs or returned texts -have to send husband to the dealership to get answers in person because no one will answer me with concrete information -find out the repairs aren’t the delay-THEY LOST MY TITLE-came up with some bad story about where it was -gave me a rental car and said they would pay my first car payment (still waiting on the check) -another 8 days goes by and I get a text from sales guy who says title “is in” but repairs aren’t finished. -18 days and they couldn’t get the repairs done in the mean time while they figured out the title? -finally able to pick up the vehicle and it has a rejection sticker-they gave me my new car after 2.5 weeks with a rejection sticker on it GO ANYWHERE ELSE More
