Called for appointment . .was offered the fall special for $259 ..no mention of a coupon needed…I did have this coupon at home by the way ! At the end of the service I was cha .was offered the fall special for $259 ..no mention of a coupon needed…I did have this coupon at home by the way ! At the end of the service I was charged $236 for oil change , filter & 2 wiper blades …My appointment was made for oil & filter change, cabin air filter , engine air filter, tire rotation and 2 wiper blades ! I stated I was being overcharged as the tire rotation , cabin filter & engine air filters were not changed …Derek the service mgr reviewed the bill and agreed to adjust and also the 2 air filters were installed. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Dart Nissan and just spent over $3000 on my Frontier. This appointment was the worst handled appointment I have ever had at Nissan …from the scheduling of the appointment with Ashley B to the service report written by Derek. More

Called and made an appointment to test drive a specific stock number used car. Was told that the car would be available for a test drive and I made the appointment for later in the afternoon. Drove 45 mi stock number used car. Was told that the car would be available for a test drive and I made the appointment for later in the afternoon. Drove 45 minutes to the dealer and they did not have that car. They stated that one of their "sister" dealerships had it (we think we overheard in Plymouth) and that if we just hang around they would have someone drive the car over to the dealership. They offered us to take a test drive of another vehicle and we did - however that vehicle had more miles and was not our first choice in features. We were VERY disappointed in the sales manager's lack of empathy for us. The salesperson Arthur, was nice and all, but he could not produce the car we were specifically looking for. I would never go back to this dealership again. More
