It was wonderful. Josh had a conversation with me, not a sales pitch, which was appreciated and most important of all. I think a man by the name of Jason stopped by to talk while Josh was gone. After the sale was finalized with Jason, Bill Kimbrough stopped by and gave me a sack full of Subaru goodies! As I left out the side door a man by the name of Adam introduced himself. The entire experience was not over powering or pushy, relaxed and kind! It was a perfect way to start the long weekend. I am looking forward to coming and taking the class to learn more about my new Outback. What a thoughtful way to treat your customers. Another reason to buy an Outback was my insurance only went up $20 every 6 months. I love animals and seeing your Subaru commercials and having pet treats in house was following up on your commitment. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I look forward to having my car serviced there with care. More
