Darrell Waltrip Honda

This was my second time to purchase a vehicle from Darrell Waltrip Honda. I appreciate that there are enough salesmen to take care of the customers so that I did not have to wait. I was in a bit of a desperate situation with not much time to shop for a vehicle. I contacted the dealership online and Richard Lamberth returned my call. I was able to give Richard the perimeters that I was looking for in a vehicle. He called me back a few times to let me know what was available. Richard was patient, courteous and understanding of my time frame. We decided that he had a car that would possibly meet my needs on a Wednesday night. Thursday I went to see and drive the vehicle. There were no surprises. The vehicle was exactly as Richard described, it had been detailed and Richard was as pleasant and courteous in person as he had been on the phone. Because of my schedule I had to return on Friday to complete the purchase. Richard had the car ready for me and Quanda in the finance dept walked me through the purchase with much courtesy and efficiency. I would not have changed a thing about the way I was treated by Richard Lamberth or Quanda. I am very happy with the purchase and especially the ease with which it was completed. I also appreciate the gentlemanly behavior that each salesman displayed as I spoke to several while walking through the showroom. I am 67 years old and this was the easiest and most pleasant purchase I have ever made of a vehicle. More
