Bad experience at the used car section. Test drove a used 09 Lexus ES 350 at the used car section of Darryl Waltrip Honda. The car looked really sharp but when I test drove the vehicle with Test drove a used 09 Lexus ES 350 at the used car section of Darryl Waltrip Honda. The car looked really sharp but when I test drove the vehicle with Sales guy Quando , I asked him what was the humming noise he said "the noise would be fixed it just needs wheel balancing". I purchased the car and took it immediately to the Darryl Waltrip service dept. literally a 1000 feet from the used car section of the dealership. The service dept. advisor said its not wheel balancing it could be a whole host of other things. bearing, tires and named a few other things. I took the car back to the used car lot at Darryl Waltrip immediately and told Quando about it and he pretty much said your xxxx OUT of luck!!!!spoke to Greg the sales manager who was not at all helpful and said the service dept will say any thing. I took the car and ofcourse was not at all happy with the experience and told him ill see if I can get used to the noise. After not getting used to the noise I bought the car back to the service dept. and was advised it was the tires. Called the sales manager Greg who said he would replace the tires from one of the vehicles from the lot but it wont be over the week end but he would call me soon. After I did not hear from him in three weeks I called him he said that the paper work with the tire size was misplaced. Which to me clearly showed he had no interest in solving my problem. After dealing with this problem and frustrated I asked him would they buy the car back he wanted to give me $9000 for a car that he sold me for $15500. While I totally under stand its a used car but not once did they ask Quanto why he lied or mislead me about the noise for a quick sale that cost me $15500. I would not set foot on that dealership simply because they do not care about customer service. They do not care if their sales man lies to make a sale. I was not trying to get a free set of tires I just wanted them to fix the problem that was due to their employee not knowing what he was talking about. I am not making all this up I am a retired Metro Police Officer who wanted to get a car used car but got a crappy car instead. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANY ONE. More

I had a good experience with Quanda. Quanda was one of the nicest and honest salesman I've ever met. I was disappointed not having the manual for the car.
