Brandon Tidwell & Honda CR-V in Accident I recently brought my car to Darrell Waltrip Honda after it had been involved in an accident. Although Darrell Waltrip Honda is not a collision center I recently brought my car to Darrell Waltrip Honda after it had been involved in an accident. Although Darrell Waltrip Honda is not a collision center, they were able to restore my car to "like new" condition. Everyone that I encountered at Darrell Waltrip Honda was professional, friendly, and really helpful. I would not hesitate to bring my car back to them for any future auto problems; in fact, I can't imagine going anywhere else. In addition to being very satisfied with my experience at Darrell Waltrip Honda overall, I would like to mention someone who was especially helpful. My service representative, Brandon Tidwell, was incredibly helpful and went way beyond what professionalism required. My situation was complicated due to having to deal with two insurance companies, and though I won't get into all the details, a series of delays and problems (like an insurance payment being sent to the wrong address) resulted in the car being at Darrell Waltrip Honda for seven weeks. This could have been a very stressful time, but because of Brandon Tidwell's commitment, resourcefulness and decency, there was very little stress involved. Brandon never hesitated to get involved with the insurance companies on my behalf, calling and emailing them, and as the weeks went by and we had to deal with various complications that came up, it became increasingly clear that I could rely on him without question. He made a point of calling me with frequent updates, so I never had the feeling of trying to "hunt down" the service representative, which can be all too common. Also, I never had to worry about him calling me back, which is a problem everyone has dealt with. If I left a message for him, he would call me back. Brandon Tidwell is the kind of person who does what he says he's going to do, and I hope Darrell Waltrip Honda realize they are fortunate to have a service representative of such commitment and integrity. More
