I would simply change the process to reward your clients who have never missed a payment and have a good record to skip through some of the paperwork that we have signed many times with our other cars. Also it would be helpful if you all adopted the "docusign" program which would enable co-signers to sign remotely making it much more convenient. Satisfied with everything but stilling trying to get a second key for the car. Went back after purchase for 2nd key but it was unavailable. Never heard of a dealer selling a car without 2nd key.
