Used F-150 I bought a used F-150, and was informed that it had passed some sort of 150 point inspection. A year later, when I took my truck, to Darlings, to get I bought a used F-150, and was informed that it had passed some sort of 150 point inspection. A year later, when I took my truck, to Darlings, to get state inspected, it failed because it needed a complete rear brake job. It cost $600.00 to fix. My question is why, in less than a year, did my truck failed the state inspection? I originally bought the truck and it had a state inspection. I was informed at that time that the truck had passed the Dealership 150 point inspection and there was no mention of having any problems, especially bad rear brakes. If I had known of the bad brakes it might have influenced my purchase. My family and I have purchased six vehicles through the Darling Dealership, this is the first time that I have been disappointed. More

I was immediately welcomed, and introduced to Nick Spann. Let me tell you about Nick. He has a friendly smile, a fantastic attitude, and it was a pleasure working with him. I was nervous and hesitant that I wouldn't be approved for a car loan. However, Nick made me feel at ease the whole time in making sure I was comfortable, was offered water, and or coffee. Now, let me tell you about Joe Cyr. Joe went out of his way to keep assuring me that everything was going in a positive direction. Like Nick, he has a friendly smile, fantastic attitude, and was an absolute joy to work with. Working with Joe, was like working with an old friend of mine. Those two men are top notch, and make a great team. When it was time for me to pick up my new SUV, Nick made sure I knew how to use all the new bells and whistles, before I drove it off the lot. I do know that when it's time to trade this SUV in, I will be going back to Darlings. I will also not hesitate, to share with friends and family, my experience at Darlings. Thats really what I experienced while shopping for a new vehicle. I was introduced to and cared for by a family of professional, down-to-earth, reasonable people at darlings. Please let me explain. The vehicle I was interested in was almost an hour away from me so I requested if they could bring it down to one of their dealerships that was only 15 min away, and they said "Sure, no problem!" This all happened before I even met any sales people, or allowed them to see how serious I was about buying. So when I meet the traveling Sales rep (Dustin Smelley) he was completely professional and yet down to earth and easy to talk to. Without any stress we negotiated a very, very good price for the vehicle and when I left to think about it over night their was no pressure or stress from them! I received a phone call the next day and they were more than happy to make the purchase of the vehicle fit my family financially and even offered and negotiated better terms for the loan. Absolutely amazing experence! I never write reviews but I cannot say enough good things about the darling dealership family. When picking up the vehicle, they treated my kids to ice cream and hot chocolate and that was just somebody from the service dept who was walking by. All the paperwork was just as we discussed, and ready to go. In 15 minutes I had the keys and was almost hesitant to leave because the experience was just that good. Needless to say I will be back to buy all my vehicles from the darling dealership family. With rough credit I felt like my options would be very limited or none or I was going to be sold a unworthy car again but I decided to check out Darlings Used car location in Bangor a try and as soon as I walked in there with two of my inpatient children lol they treated me as a very important customer worked hard to find me a lender and gave me choices on a car I had choices I never thought I would have choices and they even held my selection for two weeks til I had the full amount for down payment I am completely happy!!
