White glove service I needed to purchase a minivan, and had two vehicles to trade in. I initially had a bad experience with one of their salespeople, who did not seem interested in selling me a vehicle. So, I reached out to the GM of that location, and asked to work with someone else. The GM, Bob, is the embodiment of class and service. He introduced me to Amy and Tim, and they went to work. Amy was a complete rock star; she leveraged relationships she had with the banks she worked with to get the deal just right. She regularly checked in with me to update me on the progress. She is friendly and compassionate, and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed working with her. Tim should teach a class on car sales. He was very laid back, not even remotely pushy, and was engaging to speak with. The both of them were truly a pleasure to work with. Do yourself a favor: if you are thinking of purchasing a vehicle, go introduce yourself to Bob Jonah. He will set you up with the right team to help you make your purchase without the feeling that you are being taken advantage of. More
