Always a Great experience! Darlings in Bangor is top notch! We have been going to them for years and have never had a bad experience. Andrea is always there to greet us and is a Darlings in Bangor is top notch! We have been going to them for years and have never had a bad experience. Andrea is always there to greet us and is always very nice and makes sure that we get taken care of. Speaking of being taken care of, our rep, Ryan Ramsay, has always been a straight shooter. Going the extra step to make sure we were well informed. We bought 2 cars from him already. He stayed after he was off and waited for us to drive up from the coast so he could help us, then stood in the rain to walk us through the features our new car! Dedication! The Business manager, Brian Lackee, was a pleasure to work with. Bryan handled our paperwork painlessly and was about as cool as you can get! Michael Dumond, our service advisor, made sure we weren't paying for things we didn't need. He was looking out for us the entire time. Its people like these that take the apprehension out of the car buying/service experience. Not once have we ever left Darlings feeling like it could have gone better. In fact, we are consistently surprised at how well are were taken care of. Kudos to the entire staff at Darlings! More

We have been working with the sales rep Kendall S to get a more reliable vehicle because we have small children and are alllllways on the road. He is a kind and wonderful guy and really knows his stuff! Everything that we asked him about (which was a lot) he went above and beyond to answer! Lee L in the financial department was also very kind and knowledgeable as well, he gave us the call to make it all happen. He spent so much time making sure that we were set and making sure that we were satisfied with the vehicle we were getting! Steven C helped us at the very end by bringing us out to the car and telling us about how to connect your phone, where things were in the vehicle, and making sure that everything was all set before we took off! Better than Disney I start by saying that this is my 5th car purchased from Darling's Honda Nissan Volvo, I love them and even though I live in New Hampshire I continue I start by saying that this is my 5th car purchased from Darling's Honda Nissan Volvo, I love them and even though I live in New Hampshire I continue to go back. From my first purchase to the most recent (a Volvo finally!!!) the experience throughout the process is always awesome. I worked with both Steve Cochran and Kathy Giddings for sales which I definitely not make easy since most of it was done over phone and email. They were both professional and responsive to questions, not once did I feel pressured. For finance I worked with Lee Lorigan, who deserves a medal as I am a huge pain in the xxx during this process. Lee stuck with me and I left in a beautiful Volvo S60. Overall I love Darling's, I should add it is not just me. Within the course of 2 months my family purchased 3 cars from Darling's Honda Nissan Volvo. We keep going back for our car deals, you should to!!! More

Darling's Service has always been one of the best and has always gone above and beyond for my family. Tonight Steve York took the Darling name to a whole new level. See tonight is our anniversary and we had no real big plans. Neither my wife or I felt like cooking so we decided to go to Coach House in Brewer. We arrived and was seated in a booth. Because we go there a bunch, we know a lot of the waitress. We told our waitress that it was our anniversary. We had a little conversation about it and she went to get our drinks. A few minutes later, a gentleman in the booth next to us was getting ready to leave. He turned to us and wished us a happy anniversary. We thanked him and he turned and walked away. He was wearing a Darlings shirt and as he was walking away we felt like we knew him. After a minute, I told my wife that he was the service writer at Darlings. See we leased a Nissan Rogue from Darlings and we were introduced to Steve York during our signing. We ate our meal and was getting ready to leave when the waitress told us we were all set. She stated that everything had been paid for including her tip. We were blown away and asked her who took care of it. She stated that he didn't say that I couldn't say so it was the man in the booth that wished you guys happy anniversary. I was in shock, Steve York paid for our meal for no reason at all, other than he is an incredible person. Thank you Steve York, thank you for paying for our meal. Thank you for being an incredible person. Thank you for wearing the Darling's name with pride and making the dealership look so good. This kind deed will not be forgotten. The Spencers More

The entire process was transparent and the emphasis was clearly on the customer not the sale. Here's my story: someone brought a set of car keys with a Nissan keyfob to my office at UMaine (one of the Ever lose your car keys? Scarey isn't it. Here's my story: someone brought a set of car keys with a Nissan keyfob to my office at UMaine (one of the lost and found locations on Campus). I called the Bangor dealership and the very helpful women who answered the phone connected my call to Steve York in Service. He offered to help me find the owner and gave me a phone number for Enterprise after he determined that it was a rental car. I expect that the keys will be reunited with the owner very soon because of the EXCELLENT service provided by both employees of Nissan of Bangor, Maine. If this type of attitude of helpfulness and collaboration extends through this dealership, then they are a role model. I so appreciate their willingness to help me find the owner of these keys. More

Having a consistent service manager that goes above and bey Tim Oversmith is professional and the best part of owning a Volvo when it needs service. Having a consistent service manager that goes above and beyond for his clients really adds to the loyalty and my confidence owning a Volvo. I've owned Ford, VW, Jeep, Subaru. This is the only time my service manager has been consistent. Tim is excellent, you never have to "start over" with him. The guys in parts are pretty funny too. And if you have to use the Shuttle, those guys are all really nice too. More
