Service People are so customer oriented I have only been to this dealer a few times I have had a recall on my Pilot. No matter what I am in there for, I am treated as though I come there all I have only been to this dealer a few times I have had a recall on my Pilot. First time in my life I actually enjoyed buying a car! I really don't enjoy buying cars. All the games, the negotiating etc. all the back and forth just to get to the number you want. With Chris it was dif I really don't enjoy buying cars. All the games, the negotiating etc. all the back and forth just to get to the number you want. With Chris it was different. It started with a call, I had a few questions about the vehicle, Chris went out to the lot, found the car and answered all my questions about it. I then made an appointment to go see the car (I was late but Chris was waiting). Then I got to take the car out for a test drive. I arrived back at the lot and was able to look it over with Chris there to answer questions but without being "sold" on the car. I had a few more questions which Chris answered quickly and if he didn't know the answer he was HONEST and told me he didn't know but, would quickly ask someone and get the answer rather than the typical salesman trick of making up the answer that you want to hear! When it came to negotiating, we did have a few back and forths but nothing like the "normal" procedure where you spend an hour negotiating over the last $200. Lee in the credit office was great also, he did a wonderful job of making me feel comfortable and really explained the various types of warranty and protections available. He was very good at listening to my needs and concerns. I didn't feel pressured to purchase something I didn't need or want but he was also great about expaining the benifits of each product available. Overall I felt very comfortable shopping a purchasing the car from Chris. I will definitely look to Darling's (and Chris) first next time I'm on the market. More

Excellent customer service! Brian Perry and Ben Doucette helped us yesterday purchase a used vehicle. We came into the dealership because our previous vehicle had died and neede Brian Perry and Ben Doucette helped us yesterday purchase a used vehicle. We came into the dealership because our previous vehicle had died and needed one immediately but were not in a position to purchase a new car. Brian and Ben spent a lot of time with us and genuinely empathized with our situation and didn't give up on us and really cared about our needs. After several hours of Brian going to get one vehicle after another from the other lots and giving us his advice about which cars would best meet our needs, we found a Chevy Impala which worked out perfectly. Also, Ben had to give us some bad news about the bank we were planning on going through who misled us about our abilities and, instead of just saying I'm sorry, I can't help you, he went out of his way and spent more time with us to get us financed through another bank. We will definitely be returning to Darling's for our future needs and Brian Perry and Ben Doucette proved that they put the customer's needs first and really cared about us. More
