Always greeted by upbeat staff. Makes you feel relaxed that I had driven my new Honda onto a curb and done some damage to my drivers rock-a-panel. We love our Hondas, but keep coming back because of the people who work here. They are all friendly and very interested in helping the customer. A shout out to Steve York in service dept who is always fun, dedicated, and makes me laugh. We just added new favorite team members. It took us two trips over several months to find the car we wanted. Joe Pelletier was never pushy, always more interested in what we needed or wanted, and very knowledgeable. I hate buying new cars but Joe made it fun and entertaining and a very pleasant experience. He with Lee Lorigan in finance were a great team and we will ask for them the next time we are in the market for a car. Kudos to the whole Darlings team because on a busy day it took many hands to complete our purchase but we never felt pushed or rushed and as always, came away with very positive outlook toward Bangor's Darling Honda dealership.
