I walked into the dealership and was instantly greeted by Mr. Brian Perry with a smile and a nice firm handshake. The type of handshake that wasn't to much but wasn't to weak either. The type of handshake that made me think "Hey this guy is here to sell a car". He offered me a bottle of water and a bag of delicious popcorn, what a guy! I told him my situation and he immediately had a few vehicles in mind that would fit my families requirements. On the test drive he was very knowledgeable about what all the buttons and gadgets and thingamabobs do. He also gave a very nice history on Honda and how it became one of the brands leading the charge in vehicle safety. My wife wanted a Pilot in Black, I guess everyone had the same thought in mind because there wasn't any in the New England region but my main man Brian Perry said that he would find me one no matter what it took and a week later HE WAS RIGHT. He called me and said Mr. Dyment your new Honda Pilot in Black has arrived and it is ready for you to pick up. I jumped up and down filled with glee, I couldn't get to the dealership and sign those papers fast enough. I then met with Mr. Benjamin Doucette (The Finance Guru as I call him), he also gave me a strong handshake that made me think "This guy wants to finance me a vehicle". He is so knowledgeable on all the extra protection that you can get to protect you investment. He took his time to explain how each thing would be beneficial in different scenarios. Now that I'm thinking about it, I'm pretty sure he offered me a bottle of water and a bag of delicious popcorn as well, what a guy! Walking into Darling's you feel like you've been friends with them forever. The entire crew at Darling's Honda Nissan Volvo was so polite and nice it made my car buying experience THE BEST shopping experience I have ever had. As I was leaving I shook hands and thanked them all for the great job that they had done and promised that I would be back next time my family needed a new car. At that moment Mr. Brian Perry walked up to me put his hand on my shoulder and said if you need anything you give me a call day or night, then he handed me a bag of delicious popcorn for the ride home...WHAT A GUY!
