I never felt pressured or uncomfortable in any way -- I knew what I wanted and Joe found it for me. Everyone there was very friendly, personable and helpful! BTW -- also want to throw a shout out to Mr. Samiya, who has driven me to and from work multiple times and is unbelievably kind, courteous, friendly and positive -- always a smile and such a pleasure to work with him. Darling's is very, very lucky to have individuals such as Mr. Samiya to represent the organization to the public. More

On occasion we would take the car somewhere else, only to find ourselves saying that we should have just gone to Darling's. Tim is very thorough. When work is needed in addition to the regular services, he explains what needs to be done, why, and always provides an accurate estimate. If cash is tight, he will honestly tell me what can wait until the next visit, or what must be done immediately. I appreciate and respect that. We just purchased our newest Volvo in February. We had been considering one or two other vehicle types, but what we came back to was that we liked the comfort and substantial nature of the Volvo, and also the Darling's service department, specifically Tim. More

We never had to return for service not done right the first time. Now with our 2015 Honda CRV LX we expect the same fine service and longevity for this Honda! More
