I had called ahead to let Scott know I was coming, and he had the Rogue ready to test drive. He was great, he didn't try to "steer" me to another vehicle. He showed me the new features of the 2017 Rogue. I love the back up camera. My 3 year old thinks it's fascinating to watch us back up. I will go to Darling's and Scott again when my lease is up in 3 years. My experience there was awesome. More

Excellent service and a happy Volvo owner! I went to Darlings after looking around for a new car and seeing one on their website I was interested in. I had the pleasure of working with Eric and I went to Darlings after looking around for a new car and seeing one on their website I was interested in. I had the pleasure of working with Eric and he was great from the moment I arrived to when I drove away with my new Volvo. This was my first dealership purchase and I am happy I went to Darling's. Eric made me feel comfortable, never pressured, answered my questions, and let me know what was happening throughout the process. While waiting for financing Eric was a lot of fun to talk to and made the time go by quickly. In financing I dealt with Lee Lorigan and he was great. Quite possibly the best Salesman in the State! As a former car sales guy, I have had the pleasure of knowing Scott when I was "in the biz". Since I moved to Southern Maine and started a career in As a former car sales guy, I have had the pleasure of knowing Scott when I was "in the biz". Since I moved to Southern Maine and started a career in a non-sales business, my wife and I leased 2 cars through Scott. The reason is simple. Scott is an incredible person to do business with. Scott knows that like most people who have access to the internet, my wife and I do not need to be "sold" on a vehicle. He make sure to point out features that was relevant to our needs, especially as new parents. However, he did not try to push a vehicle down our throat. Most importantly, Scott was there to be the person who helps guides us through the negotiation process to get a that benefits both our needs and the dealership needs. More importantly he follows up to make sure you are happy. Let's face it, car guys get a bad name. Most people has had a bad experience with one at some point and it's probably same to assume you still remember that experience. Yes, there are horrible people in the car business. They unfortunately give good people like Scott a bad name. As I mentioned, my wife and I live in Southern Maine. There are dozens of dealerships down here, however Scott will continue to have our business as he is someone we trust. He is a person who truly loves being a sales professional. Great People Willing to Help! I am now leasing my second vehicle from Darlings. I have been using their service department and will continue to use them. Of course using a dealership service department will be a little more of a price than your local car shop, but it is worth it for the quality of vehicle care and quality of the people that you will speak with when visiting Darlings! Now Scott has helped me with the leasing process twice and both experiences were amazing. He answers any question I have and has been available every time I have a question or a concern! I recommend Darlings and Scott any time I hear a friend talking about looking for a vehicle, whether it be new or used!
