After asking us a few questions he made sure we knew about all the new and used sporty options they had to offer on the lot. He introduced us to our salesman Brian, who was just as excited about our dream car as we were. He was extremely knowledgeable about all it had to offer so we left knowing everything we needed to operate it 100%. Also, before we made the final decision he was more than willing to show us the other Civic models and a few other compact cars they had on the lot. The finance department rep, Lee, introduced himself before he ran our credit. He was extremely thorough about our options before we signed the papers and helped us make the best decisions on warranties. The entire team was extremely helpful and never made us feel like we had to do anything outside of what was comfortable financially. I also heard other customers having the same experience with their sales reps. The vibe was positive and everyone was smiling. No pressure, no upselling, no hype. Lots of listening and full communication with me during the process. Go and experience what I now realize is the best it can get.
