The correct replacement part was not available that day, since my wife and dog were with me and we live about 2-1/2 hours from Bangor, Mike made it possible for us to borrow a loaner that day and return the following day to pick up our vehicle. He did not want us to ride in an unsafe vehicle. The entire staff is not only friendly to us and our dog, but to everyone in the waiting area. We were well taken care of! More

I had always had good experience eith their device center so it made sense to check there first when the need arose. My salesperson was very professional-no high pressure to upsell to a higher price point. He found the perfect car for me. The financing was also poditive... again, no heavy handed sales, just information so that I could make informed decisions. Since then I have been back for 2 oil changes...and, as expected, the service has been outstanding. As someone who works with the public in my career, I value great service when I am on the other side of the desk and Darlings meets and exceeds every expectation. More
