Tucker has succeeded in each of these tests and I am quite happy with my relationship with this company. Diagnosis and repair of heater Diagnosed heater problem and repaired it in a timely fashion. All employees with whom I had contact were welcoming and service oriented. Shaun Randa Diagnosed heater problem and repaired it in a timely fashion. All employees with whom I had contact were welcoming and service oriented. Shaun Randall took time to explain the two potential causes of heater failure and gave me an accurate quote for repair. The only problem was that the parts delivery truck did not arrive on time so repair was delayed by over 2 hours. Service I brought my car in for some warranty work. I had been to Tucker twice to talk about my problem and schedule the repair. I wanted my problems document I brought my car in for some warranty work. I had been to Tucker twice to talk about my problem and schedule the repair. I wanted my problems documented as I was close to the warranty mileage. My first appointment was canceled due to the power outage. When my husband brought the car in the gave him a very dirty loaner car after quite a wait. When he returned they fought with him that the car was a couple hundred miles over warranty and made him pay. Trying to charge 3 hours of labor for changing a battery. He ended up not paying that much but still having to pay. When it came time to leave they could not find our car. 45 minutes walking around in the cold with my little girl who was late for practice. While this is going on the service manager is avoiding the situation and not helping at all. Car was finally found "put in the wrong spot". I called the next day and after a chat with the service manager our money was refunded. It was a bad experience from the get go. We will never use Tucker again. More
