The salespeople, Brad and Rob, are simply the coolest people I've ever dealt with at ANY dealership. Absolutely no pressure, and more than willing to do whatever it took to get me into the vehicle I wanted. (Probably the most patient people you'll come across as well, given the amount the visits and phone calls I bothered them with!) These guys knew their stuff and made the sales process quick and painless. To top it all off, their Sales Manager, Harvard, brought the experience to the top level! Mike happened to be walking by me before I even got into the building, and immediately started a conversation with me. He was so friendly and helped make sure that my experience was a good one, and it definitely was! Not only was Mike great, but all of the people who took part in my sale were great, too! Great customer service in the finance department I recently bought Honda Pilot with 19k miles from Darling's/Ellsworth. Because I had a trade-in with an existing warranty, I had to prove to the warr I recently bought Honda Pilot with 19k miles from Darling's/Ellsworth. Because I had a trade-in with an existing warranty, I had to prove to the warranty company that I had transferred ownership in order to get a prorated refund. That company made that process ridiculously hard, but Matt Jarrell, in Darling's finance department, took the ball and made it happen, despite their giving him the runaround. He's got a great, can-do attitude, and delivers results - which goes a long way these days. People like Matt lift the image of the whole company. Darlings: Make him manager! More

Excellent service in a scary situation I called for help as a Recall that had been previously had failed again. The switch on the drivers side door had melted. Causing smoke and sparks. They sent a courtesy van to take be back to EMMC. where my husband was having out patient surgery. They also provided a car to use, while my Envoy was being repaired. Top notch service.
