Ray has sold us six Jeeps and a Buick and we told him up front years ago that we didn't respond well to pressure and things progressed at the speed we were confrontable with. 2005 Mercury Sable Check Engine Light I have been taking both my Mercury Sable and FORD Focus to Darlings Auto Mall due to the outstanding treatment I have received by the service departme I have been taking both my Mercury Sable and FORD Focus to Darlings Auto Mall due to the outstanding treatment I have received by the service department for quite some time. I feel that even thou they are a GMC, Buick, Chrysler and Jeep Dealer they are more than qualified to repair other automotive products. The treatment I receive from the Service Department, Mike Ellis and Andy Buzzell, is great. Both Service Writers listen to the customer, they also keep the customer informed about the status of your vehicle, if it a unique problem and they feel you should take it to another one of the Darlings Automotive Business they will explain why they are not able to correct the problem and why it should be taken to another Darlings location. I feel like either Mike or Andy is talking to me and not "Down to me" like other automotive business when explaining problems to me or not listening to me when I am trying to explain what problems I have experienced. I think other dealerships could learn about the treatment of customers from either Mike or Andy. More
