First oil change I can't say enough about the service dept.. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation . They took me in on time and when they found out that they I can't say enough about the service dept.. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation . They took me in on time and when they found out that they couldn't change the oil filter they came to me advised what had happen, asked me if I could bring it back another day and that they would make this up to me . When I showed up the appointment they took me right in and it was done in no time and they also made up for it in the payment end too. More
Multiple years, multiple cars, consistently excellent. Always courteous, always willing to explain and inform. I currently have each of my 3 cars serviced regularly by Andy, Mike and Drew. Quick scheduling and resolution of a problem 2012 Wrangler, 50K miles, high temp light comes on, wife pulls over and calls me. I go meet her and see that radiator is very low. Started up, noticed small leak on bottom right hand side of radiator. Drove it home and called Darlings, explained situation to Ryan, and they somehow squeezed my Jeep into their schedule which was out 2-3 weeks. I left it over a long weekend. They found the issue (broken radiator hose clamp), fixed it, and did the 5,000 mile service for me while it was there. Drew explained the problem and situation to me as soon as they knew and fortunately it was nothing serious. He did check to see if it was covered under warantee but it was not. Both Drew and Ryan have been excellent to work with, friendly and great interpersonal skills, and they both treat me as the customer as the most important person they are working to satisfy. They explain everything very well, and answer all my questions thoroughly. I would recommend your service department to anyone. More

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Not only was I lied to by management and salesman for 2.5 days they sold the vehicle out from underneath me after I was approved to buy it. a great one The salesman that sold us the Van told me it was scheduled for it's 35000 mile check up on Wednesday, Sept 2 & it also needed another key made. We on The salesman that sold us the Van told me it was scheduled for it's 35000 mile check up on Wednesday, Sept 2 & it also needed another key made. We only got 1 the day we purchased it.. I drove 140 miles one way to get to this appointment just to find out the salesman had not made it. I had spoken with that salesman a couple times to confirm it. Drew Gladu waited on me that day and was extremely nice about his apology for that salesman. He offered someone to drive to Northern Maine (Woodland) on the 30th and pick my van up and bring it back to Ellsworth. I was very glad I did not have to drive all the way back down there for this service. I really appreciated what Drew offered. The only thing I was extremely disappointed in was the 280 miles I had to put on the van in order to get this done. Actually, if the salesman would have provided us with 2 keys the day of the sale, we could have the van's 35000 check up done in Presque Isle, ME which is only 12 miles from where I live. Turns out, I now have an additional 560 miles on my van that was not necessary and the fault of your salesman. Another disappointment for me was the charge of several hundred dollars. I was under the impression the 35000 mile check up was free. In conclusion however, I still have very good things to say about your service department. We have done business with you in the past and was very pleased. More
