He certainly takes the stress out of buying a car. We also dealt with Matt Jarrell both times. Matt is friendly, efficient, and tireless in answering questions both in his office and by phone, if necessary. Darling's sells a quality product, whether it is in the Jeep line or the GM line, but the people behind the product and the customer support provided are the reasons we return! More

Excellent people who work for the customer I walked in wanting to purchase a used car and get rid of an old car which I owed more than the value. They took the time to listen to everything I had to say and excepted me as a walk in and never asked me to make an appointment or return at a later time. They started working things right away. They explained all the sales they had going on and gave me many options to choose from. Matt Jarrell in finance worked with our good credit and continued to make calls to get a loan that was not crap for 700+ credit. He stayed till 8 at night working with us and making things right. The sales team were very patient, helpful and treated us like friends and didn't push us to make a $. They even helped with our toddler son to keep him happy during the process. I ended up walking out in New jeep that I love and they offered many incentives and discounts that dropped all the negative equity of my old car. I have always been treated well and fairly. Been dealing with Darling's Auto Mall since some time in the 1990's and have bought seven new vehicles from them and two used ones.
