New "Used" Car Needed in a Hurry We had purchased a new vehicle at Darlings in Ellsworth a year ago and remembered that they had a few used cars on the lot from trade ins. So when we needed a good used car for our family, we went back to Darlings where the service for our new car had been wonderful. Salesperson, Mike Hill listened attentively to our needs and quickly readied a few used vehicles to find just the right fit for us. Mike was incredibly personable, patient, informative, courteous and polite. He went above and beyond to meet our needs and he even found someone with the exact same car to provide us with their "personal" experience with their vehicle. Mike was well versed on the specifics of the operation of everything in the car we purchased even though it was a "trade in" from another vehicle brand. Mike had a genuine desire to make our vehicle purchase a positive experience in every way...even when some things were out of his control. So far, we are loving our new car! Above and beyond I just had surgery, so have not been able to monitor things on my wife's car. Two days ago, I spotted cords showing in one of her front tires. Her car did not come from a Darlings dealership, and the crew at Auto Mall bent over backwards to get tires on site (not everyone has 19 inch tires) and carve out a time on the alignment rack. 24 hours after my call to their shop, the tires were on, the alignment done, and we were happy campers. P.S., the price was very competitive! This kind of service makes it hard to go anywhere else. Thanks to all! More
