Somewhat pleased with the service received other than my tire pressure not properly set. Front pressure is less than recommend 60psi and rear pressure is less than recommend 80psi for a 2500HD printed on th tire pressure not properly set. Front pressure is less than recommend 60psi and rear pressure is less than recommend 80psi for a 2500HD printed on the door jam. And it appears the computer settings may have been changed for the rear. Truck was delivered with tire pressure indicator light still on. This kinda makes you question the tech and what they actually do, in which you never know who it is. Service advisor Josh was awesome and always a pleasure with Kip! This is still an exceptional dealer to do business with! More
