Excellent service department We're seasonal Maine residents and brought our Volvo 2005 XC70 in for a number of service items before heading back home to Chicago later this month. We were greeted promptly and cheerfully, the service rep was thorough and went over all the items on our check list. We were going to wait for our car and he gave us an extremely accurate timetable of how long our service would take. The waiting room was comfortable and included free coffee and Wi-Fi. When done, he also went over a checklist of maintenance items we should be thinking about in the next few months. And before we left, they even washed the car for us. Costs were about what we anticipated and we drove away very happy. It's our second good experience there and we will undoubtedly return. More
