When I dropped off my car for scheduled service I mentioned an issue with my car. The person who I spoke with did not know I was supposed to be there and told me they were extremely busy and could o mentioned an issue with my car. I asked why they scheduled me for that day and time but got no response. This was the first time since owning this SUV and bringing it to Danvers Ford that I could not wait to leave and felt the customer service was sub-par. Moving forward I will bring my edge somewhere else. More
