Don't bring your car here for service. Had an appointment for a simple oil change at 11 am on Friday morning. After a number of unanswered phone calls and 2 visits where "our car is next", Had an appointment for a simple oil change at 11 am on Friday morning. After a number of unanswered phone calls and 2 visits where "our car is next", we finally got our keys back at 5 pm (they close at 530) with NOTHING having been done. The car hadn't even been moved. The GM in charge of the service department only had to say "I'm sorry" and was completely useless. So if you want something actually DONE to your car, go elsewhere. We got NO service, NONE. Call to complain about it another day, he tells me to just go elsewhere. Nice customer service for what should have been a quick in and out 30 minute oil change. More

Went back and forth on price as Danver's would not honor Ford Motor Co's price protection offer, and wanted me to pay ~$65,000 6/19/23. Emailed Danver's Ford with all the details of Ford's price protection policy to ensure I was getting a fair price (after also waiting ~3 years!) 6/22/23. Danver's Ford sold my car to another customer without even a heads-up. They didn't even call! 😭🤬 I can't even describe how upset I am. I am filing a consumer complaint with the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office. Three years of waiting and poof. Gone. Just because I wanted a fair price. More
