I originally posted because I had issues with my 2002 BMW and brought it in to get serviced. Not to point the finger of blame but in the beginning I did not have a very good experience AT ALL with my service and brought it in to get serviced. Not to point the finger of blame but in the beginning I did not have a very good experience AT ALL with my service tech, Todd Simpson. He may work for some, but for me I did not enjoy working with him. I went through a very long & tiring process of trying to get matters resolved with my car. I would not say the entire dealership is bad, quite the contrary, their work quality is exceptional and after dealing with the GM, Bill Stoekcel, I eventually left a VERY satisfied customer. Kelly at the fron desk was very consoling and reassuring to me, yet, I did not work with the other associates as I cannot rate them. I was upset I was not offered water or coffee or felt treated completely on the same level as a person who comes in with a 3 piece suit, but, Bill and Kelly were two people who did resolve my matter and made me feel like a worthy customer after my $5,000 car bill, which is a lot for a 23 year old young man even for BMW. They treated me fairly in the end, even despite me going through a lot of strife, so I am being fair in my review that I was not pleased with the couple of associates I worked with in the beginning or thru the processs, like Todd, however, again, in the end they treated me right and I left satisfied. There are pros and cons to every business. Luckily, they tried to reverse my negative experience (mostly because of my determination) and did a great job in the end. More
Great experience! The service advisor, Ethan, and the tech, Luke, that worked on my car (M6) were professional, knowledgable and friendly. Both took time to explain what was needed and what was done. I have leased two BMW's for three year leases for a total of nine years (6 different BMW's) with Daniels BMW. I have worked with Joe Millington in service and he has gone above and beyond each and every time of nine years (6 different BMW's) with Daniels BMW. I have worked with Joe Millington in service and he has gone above and beyond each and every time. He is an exceptional employee of Daniels BMW and I will keep recommending this dealership and their amazing service!I give them 5 stars for the nine years we have been doing business with them! Brought my X3 in for service on 10/10. A week later anti freeze low. Was told by the service dept that the tech may have not been able to get an accurate level as the car may have been hot when I bought it freeze low. A week after that the windshield washer fluid froze. I was told that the solution was mixed with water but some customers can request a more concentrated solution. Tech told me that it is not uncommon for the fliud to freeze. Here I am driving in the middle of snow storms on wintery roads with no washer fluids. I guess I can always take buy a couple of windex and take it along with my ultimate driving machine. I wasted all the fluid when the soapy fluid melted and bought some of my own. Danielle wants me to give them excellent for customer service when they have no idea what the term entails. Even when I went into service, I had to greet my advisor as he pretended not to see me. WOW..... way to go! More

Daniel's is the best for service and sales. A great facility, knowledgable and friendly employees, great service and attention to detail. Your car is always washed before return, courtesy inspections are done on every visit and they keep you informed of your car's status. Too bad more dealers (of any make) can't figure out their attention to detail and quality strategy. More
I dropped my X5 on 5/2 (Wednesday) for services 1) check left brake light and taillight 2) check transmission issues 3) program new key. I thought my car will be serviced the same day but I did not get a response, so I waited for next day by 1 PM and still no call. When I called to check I was told my adviser went on vacation and they are not sure who is handling my car, they took my name and info so that Service Manager will call me. I got call from Service Manager (Joe) that they are looking at my car. After an hour or so I got another call that they did not find any problem with brake light or taillight and the only think they suggest is to replace the housing or something similar at a cost of some $350. I asked about the transmission issue and the Service Manager indicated nothing is wrong. I asked if they programmed the second key and he said “I am sure they did because I see it list on service order”. I told the Service Manager that I will stop the following day (Friday) so I can show the Tech what I experience with transmission when driving and he told me that should not be a problem, however I changed my mind and I decided to pick the car on Thursday. When I went to pick up the keys and pay, the lady at customer service asked for my name but could not find the paper work, as she was trying to call the service manager she remembered that I have no paper work and that my keys were inside an envelope. I was kind of surprised that I have no paper and I don’t have to pay for anything such as checking the light, issues with transmission and programming a new key. There should be at least an hour or more of service charge. I took my keys and went to my car, when I attempted to try the new key it did not work. I started to think that they did not check my car for anything and they completely forgot about it. They might have forgotten since the adviser went on vacation and the papers for it were misplaced. The Service Manager told me that they need to replace the hosing for the rear light at a cost of $350 while it was just a bulb issue, because I went to auto zone and purchased 2 bulbs for $7 which I installed on my own and everything was working. I understand that no one is perfect and that mistakes such as misplacing service papers can happen, but in this situation all the manager needed to do was tell me the papers were misplaced and if they can have it for another day...I would have been more than happy to leave it for another day. I purchased my X5 early in the year but from another dealership, maybe they did not like that, but I doubt that is the issue. In conclusion I was expecting more from this dealership after all this is BMW. Also my brother who has 5 series was kind of surprised when I explained to him what happened. We both have the same service adviser and he indicated that he is the best there. I don’t blame the adviser, he just wanted to go on his vacation and we all can relate to that. However, I expected more from the manager. Maybe the manager was telling me what his Tech told him. I am not going to say that I don’t recommend this dealer to others after all they have good reviews, but always be careful. More
Service was OK - Gelsey was polite but in a kind of smarmy insincere way. At least they washed it and car was taken care of properly. I have had my 325i serviced at Daniels for many years with Joe Millington as my service advisor. Over the years, Joe has always advised me of what is needed to keep my car at peak performance, things I w with Joe Millington as my service advisor. Over the years, Joe has always advised me of what is needed to keep my car at peak performance, things I would have never though of or known about. He has pointed out things that, although minor at the time, could become problems later. Thus saving me both down time and a more costly repair. My phone calls are always answered or returned promptly and he is always very respectful of my time and schedule. No waiting when I arrive with my car and always finished when promised. 124,000 miles and my car runs like brand new! Everyone at Daniels is polite and feirndly and gives 100% to earn and retain your trust and business. I would never take my car anywhere else for service. I have complete trust in Joe and my mechanic, Mike. More
