My husband and I have been purchasing BMWs at Daniels since 1976. The sales and service teams are welcoming, pleasant and knowledgeable. They also provide a high service comfort level after the purchase, as they maintain our cars in outstanding condition. This week Daniels BMW gave us a gift that we never expected! When attending our niece’s wedding rehearsal dinner in Philadelphia more than two years ago, I took three rings with me in an antique coin purse. One was my mother’s wedding ring, another was her engagement ring and the third my grandmother’s wedding ring. It was significant that my sister (bride’s mother), the bride and I would each wear one of the rings for the next two days to honor these women who passed away at a young age due to breast cancer. Upon arriving at the rehearsal dinner and getting out of the passenger seat, the coin purse opened and two of the rings fell out. We found one wedding ring in the parking lot but could not find Mother’s engagement ring. It was heartbreaking to lose something so precious that connected us to her. Daniels BMW serviced the car for an oil change and a problem with the seat belt sensor this week. As always, the shuttle took my husband to work and picked him up afterwards. When he got into our BMW to drive home the keys were in the console along with a diamond engagement ring. Yes, it was my Mother’s ring! Lucas, the service technician and Joe Millington, the service writer ensured that the ring was in the car so we would find it. When my husband came home he showed the ring to me. I was overwhelmed with joy that due to the dedicated employees at Daniels that the ring was found and returned to us after more than 2 years. Apparently the ring fell down the side of the passenger seat where it could not be seen. When servicing the car for the sensor problem, Lucas found the ring. I just want to pass along my compliments regarding Todd Simpson, Service Consultant, Daniel's BMW. Late on the afternoon of August 21, 2012, I was leaving a business appointment in Bethlehem the “flat tir Simpson, Service Consultant, Daniel's BMW. Late on the afternoon of August 21, 2012, I was leaving a business appointment in Bethlehem the “flat tire” warning light came on in my certified 2009 328i which I had recently purchased from my hometown BMW dealer in Lancaster. Not having BMW Roadside Assistance, I called BMW’s 1-800 number and was directed to Daniel’s BMW in Allentown. I called and spoke with Todd and he welcomed me to stop in to have the RFT tire checked. On arrival, just before 5:00PM, I was not happy after limping down Route 22 after a full work day, but Todd could not have been more accommodating in explaining the process and getting me settled in Daniel's nicely appointed customer care area. In short order, I was back on the road with the tire issue resolved and warning light reset, in my much cleaner 328i. My thanks to Todd and the service technician for a great customer experience right at the close of service hour work. As a result, I will definitely stop in at Daniels the next time that I am in the market for a new or certified BMW. More
I had three visits to Daniels this past summer for my BMW 2003 325xi; two in June and one in July. My original battery finally died and needed replacement, a thermostat and front brakes needed replacement, a 2003 325xi; two in June and one in July. My original battery finally died and needed replacement, a thermostat and front brakes needed replacement, and the water pump needed replacement. Two of the three visits were "emergency" in nature and Ethan, my service consultant, was very accommodating and made sure repairs were done in a timely manner. The battery situation also involved two attempts to have the car towed to Daniels by AAA; the first resulted in damage to the front grill by an operator who never got my car off my driveway! By the time a second tow truck arrived and took my car to Daniels it was too late for the car to be serviced after the car was assessed. Ethan immediately requested a rental car from Hertz (funded by Daniels) so I had transportation until my battery was replaced and the grill repaired. I sincerely appreciate the professional service provided at Daniels. I have had my car serviced there since I purchased it in July 2003. I want to thank Ethan for all of his assistance in getting my car back on the road each time I have had a service appointment or an emergency situation. More
We broke down while going on vacation and was towed into Daniels. Every individual from the front desk to the service department with whom we dealt were very professional and courteous. I interacted with Daniels. Every individual from the front desk to the service department with whom we dealt were very professional and courteous. I interacted with Joe in in the service department more than any one else and was greatly impressed by him. He listened; answered questions; was very polite and professional; showed a genuine concern for our circumstances as well as us as customers and completed the work exactly as stated for less cost than anticipated. The service that I received went above and beyond what I expected. the repairs took longer that I expected which was not a problem. I recently had my car in for inspection at Daniel's BMW. Joe is my service go-to guy. I have to say after having several beemers, I repeatedly go back because of Joe's superior service. I'm immediately greeted and Joe always takes the time to thoroughly and professionally adivise on what my car needs. He always goes the extra mile and it is certainly a huge asset to Daniel's BMW! Recently purchased a 2005 M3 from a private owner and was looking to upgrade. Eric Trimbur in parts was extremely helpful in providing me information and prices via email. Upon dropping off my car, Joe was very helpful and courteous. I had several Dinan components installed as well as handle a few minor issues. Joe was in contact with me continuously along the way. Picked up the car and it was washed and vacuumed as promised. Even had both guys contact me for follow up. I must say that Daniels BMW far exceeded my expectations with great customer service. I had a road emergency driving from DC to Bethlehem. I knew of Daniels having driven by it many times visiting Bethlehem and therefore headed straight to the dealership. Mr. Rodrigues could not have been knew of Daniels having driven by it many times visiting Bethlehem and therefore headed straight to the dealership. Mr. Rodrigues could not have been more friendly and helpful in assiting me on a repair that really had to be accomplished then and there. While waiting for the work to be completed, I had occasion to talk with Mr. Cossman as well as observe the Daniels Crew at work. What a great experience and would recommend the dealership to anyone. Just another reason to own a BMW, no matter its age! More

Webster Lingle, service manager and Todd Simpson, our service advisor, were both very helpful and accommodating. Throughout the entire time our car was being serviced, they communicated with us frequently and kept us abreast of what was happening, for which we are extremely appreciative. When we later went on to sales we had the good fortune of meeting with Dick Hughes, sales advisor, who continued with the same excellent customer service Webster and Todd had shown us. Dick was very knowledgeable, personable and thorough. He took the time to explain all the features of the new car to us and answer all of our questions. With employees like Webster, Dick and Todd, Daniels BMW is certainly the place to service and/or buy a car. More
I originally posted because I had issues with my 2002 BMW and brought it in to get serviced. Not to point the finger of blame but in the beginning I did not have a very good experience AT ALL with my service and brought it in to get serviced. Not to point the finger of blame but in the beginning I did not have a very good experience AT ALL with my service tech, Todd Simpson. He may work for some, but for me I did not enjoy working with him. I went through a very long & tiring process of trying to get matters resolved with my car. I would not say the entire dealership is bad, quite the contrary, their work quality is exceptional and after dealing with the GM, Bill Stoekcel, I eventually left a VERY satisfied customer. Kelly at the fron desk was very consoling and reassuring to me, yet, I did not work with the other associates as I cannot rate them. I was upset I was not offered water or coffee or felt treated completely on the same level as a person who comes in with a 3 piece suit, but, Bill and Kelly were two people who did resolve my matter and made me feel like a worthy customer after my $5,000 car bill, which is a lot for a 23 year old young man even for BMW. They treated me fairly in the end, even despite me going through a lot of strife, so I am being fair in my review that I was not pleased with the couple of associates I worked with in the beginning or thru the processs, like Todd, however, again, in the end they treated me right and I left satisfied. There are pros and cons to every business. Luckily, they tried to reverse my negative experience (mostly because of my determination) and did a great job in the end. More
