Still, I was in the neighborhood and decided to see what was on the lot at Daniels BMW in Allentown. I was very lucky that the sales person who approached me was Dmitry. As many other reviewers have written he was immediately interested, helpful, businesslike and friendly. His calm manner and pleasant, good sense of humor immediately assured me that I had a real good entrée to my ‘just looking-around’ afternoon. We determined what might be the best car on the lot for me, then we took it for a drive. Dmitry’s friendly manner and great knowledge of all the many, many features of the car, combined with his friendly instruction made an interesting car into a really, really attractive vehicle. When I finally returned to make an offer I expected an afternoon filled with much back-and-forth, offers and counter-offers, but I was delighted when Dmitry responded to my first offer with “I think I can make that happen“. Sure enough he did. His offer for my trade-in combined with the agreed-upon price for the car I was buying and Dmitry’s thorough, responsive approach made this the best car purchase experience in my 60-something years. Regarding the details of preparing the car and it’s accessories for delivery he was true to his word in every detail. I highly recommend Dmitry, and I will refer my friends to him. Additionally, his colleagues in the sales department, particularly Ashley, as well as Karen at the front desk reinforce the positive experience at Daniel’s. Accommodating, relaxed and easy buying experience Nothing negative to be said about this dealership. Visited in the beginning of August just to have a recall handled on my X3, during which time I met Nothing negative to be said about this dealership. Visited in the beginning of August just to have a recall handled on my X3, during which time I met Dmitry (who came right out as he saw myself and my friend in the parking lot). He answered questions we had at the time, and true to his word was available a few days later for me to look at a pre-owned X6. Took it for a test drive, and made another appointment a few days later to buy the car. Unlike most buyers, I had two cars to trade in. Daniels was accommodating, and after a few rounds of negotiation we were able to come to an agreement. The buying process was smooth. Paperwork was longer than expected because of the two trades, but Clint was great to deal with. The car was being detailed while we signed papers, and about 30 min after we were heading home in the X6. That was about 3 weeks ago; still in love with this car! Dmitry just checked in today to see how things were going, which I appreciated. I'd buy another car here for sure. Everyone (from the service personnel to the front desk and even the cashier at the service desk) was courteous and wanted to ensure we were being taken care of. I will add that I've been to other BMW dealerships for previous purchases, accompanying friends, or just browsing. Most of the time, no one comes out or cares to check in. It says a lot when a rep takes the time to pay attention to you, even if there's a good chance you're just window shopping (that person could turn into a customer!). Several years ago, I experienced this at Daniels - I was in the parking lot looking at cars right in front of the main building, and no one came out to greet me or ask if I needed help. But seems like things have changed now, which is great. I would definitely buy my next BMW from Daniels. More
