I had a wonderful experience working with Moody Hussein at Danbury Kia! As a first-time car buyer, I brought my parents with me because I was nervous about the typical stereotypes of salespeople. I felt completely understood. He didn’t pressure me to purchase anything I couldn’t afford, and he really listened to my preferences and budget as someone in my early twenties. He also took the time to explain important concepts like gap insurance and the impact of interest rates, which was incredibly helpful for a first-time buyer. I can’t speak for everyone at the dealership, but I would 100% recommend Moody to all of my friends and family. I hope to work with him again next time! More

The Service Department folks are always cheerful, professional, and work with integrity. When they've told me the car will be ready within 2 hours, it's ready within 2 hours. Service\Repair\Cost is always explained clearly and thoroughly, questions get answered even if they have to bring you to the bay and show you. Great service experience every time I step in the door. Seating areas are always clean and comfortable, only improvement I can note is that the coffee packets are often stocked only lightly. More
