Bought a brand new 2022 Kia Sorento and paid in full. Started having issues they said nothing was wrong with the car. Left got half way home and car still having same issues so brought it right back. The Started having issues they said nothing was wrong with the car. Left got half way home and car still having same issues so brought it right back. They had the car a week and said no problems with it. Got home and realized they shut off sensors so we turned them back on and started with same issues. This car slams on emergency brake, hesitates when driving and tells you you are skidding. We have almost been hit many times because of these problems. Finally kia corporate had us bring it to a different dealership because Danbury didn’t address issues including a known issue with the brakes. The other dealership had it an hour and the car was amazingly doing exactly what we said it was. Have tried to call Danbury MANY times and conveniently no one will call back. More
