TERRIBLE service Told them my transmission was slipping. they insisted it was the drain from my AC. Danbury would not fix it nor take my complaint seriously, so I went to the Middlebury dealer who drove the car, felt it slip, and replaced the transmission. there are other numerous botched EXPENSIVE service jobs with Danbury. Do not go to this dealer! More

I have yet to be surprised by anything on the bill such as it being more expensive than the quote. It's always a pleasure doing business there.
