I receive reminders for each of the suggested maintenance services. It is simple and quick to schedule the services online (I have always been able to schedule the day and time that I want). I receive confirmation emails as well as a reminder telephone call for the upcoming service. When I go to the dealership, the process for leaving the car and then waiting for it is extremely well organized and timely. The staff is always extremely friendly and efficient and the waiting area is comfortable. I couldn't be happier! More

You can walk over to sales and take a look at the new models and have all of your questions answered. Then after service is complete, Gina will always be so pleasant, explain what was done, how much the service costs and answer any questions you may have. She will also search the parking lot and help you find your car if needed :) I have owned many cars in my lifetime but because of Danbury Hyundai will be a Hyundai owner for life! Thank you DH! More
