Ralph showed us several vehicles and recommended that we test drive the one we liked most. At no time did we feel that he was trying to push us on making a decision to purchase one. At the end of the day, we decided to purchase a vehicle at Dana Ford because we found Ralph to be extremely friendly, caring and honest.
