Service Sucks Got a recall from Ford for my airbags. Called Dana Ford with recall info, gave VIN number, made appointment for 1 month later during my work vacation. Got a recall from Ford for my airbags. Called Dana Ford with recall info, gave VIN number, made appointment for 1 month later during my work vacation. Bring in car 7:30 am, they tell me "we can only verify the vehicle VIN number right now. We have to order the parts next. That's how Ford makes us do it." What !?!? I made an appointment 1 month in advance, just so they could look at my car and verify its VIN number. Now I have to wait for the parts to arrive, then make another appointment to have it fixed? Unbelievable that any company can work this way. More

My sales person, Justin Picca, was awesome and explained everything perfect and made it so easy to choose a car. Mary Graffeo, my finance person was amazing. She wouldn't give up until she was able to help me. And Steve Riccardone, the manager, made my car leasing experience excellent. I wouldn't have been able to do it without the three of them. They worked so hard to make it happen. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. You will not be disappointed. More

Throttle Body Replacement I had some trouble with my leased Ford Edge which turned out to be the throttle body. When I took the car in, Artie was attentive and helpful.
