This place is a joke. We purchased a car and just a few months after it started giving us issues. It’s been in service 5 times, one time being there for a month. They didn’t care to give us a loaner, or an months after it started giving us issues. It’s been in service 5 times, one time being there for a month. They didn’t care to give us a loaner, or any other options. What makes the situation worse is that they give you the run around, lie to you and when you call to speak to Keith Curran (service director), they refuse to connect you with him, he’s unreachable and will not return your calls. Save yourself the headache! ***** UPDATE***** Thank you CAMILLE! Camille, Service Advisor truly saved us. She not only set up an earlier appointment, but she got to the bottom of the issue, ordered the part we needed and made sure it got fixed. Thank you so much Camille! More
