I made an appointment in July 2021 to have a recall issue looked at. At that time I was told that the first appointment that was available was in mid December - 6 months out. Then in early November about a looked at. At that time I was told that the first appointment that was available was in mid December - 6 months out. Then in early November about a month before my appointment< i received a call and I was told my appointment was canceled and that if I have any questions, I can reschedule for April 25, 2021. Basically, almost a year to have the car looked at for 5 minutes. I spoke to a manager that said the delay is due to the Covid environment. I am sorry, at this rate, they mind as well be closed! I have never heard this from anyone, no dealerships, mechanics or any other business. If anything goes wrong as a result of the recall on my car, I will be holding Dana Ford Dealership accountable.
