If you cared for your customers as much as you cared about making the almighty dollar your organization could be great instead your owners greed has taking control of his/hers vision and brought you to a sub standard business model

This was and is a matter of safety - a safety recall by Ford due to a possible manufacturing process that could lead to serious injury or death. My daughter uses the car to drive to school and work. G-d forbid anything happens as a result of this problem, I hope Dana Lincoln Ford is able to justify their position before a jury using COVID-19 as the reason no one could inspect the car for almost a year after the initial call was made to the dealership for an inspection.
