My wife's 2012 Lincoln truck developed a problem with the heater,drivers side. Brought the truck in,without an appointment. Seen first by Harley Schick who we explained the problem to. ,She was courteous,in heater,drivers side. Brought the truck in,without an appointment. The repair then came under the direct supervision of the overall manager of the service department,Keith Curran. My wife and I were very pleased at the speed with which the repair was handled. Keith kept in touch with us over the course of the single day it took to fix the heater. His concern,knowledge,obvious leadership and communication skills are impressive and were greatly appreciated.
