We purchased a 2nd hand, very low mileage, 2008 Mercury Milan for our 17 year old new Drive. There was a known recall on the ABS braking system. We were scheduled to bring the car in May 2021. They calle Milan for our 17 year old new Drive. There was a known recall on the ABS braking system. We were scheduled to bring the car in May 2021. They called us and rescheduled the appointment to June 2021. One day before the June appt, they called us and rescheduled the appt to Aug 2021. The day before, they called and rescheduled the appt to Oct 2021. And so on, and so on. Finally they tell us to come in. My son brings the car in, and they start “working on the car.” A few hours Later, they go into the waiting room and tell my son that he needs to leave the car there, which is something we had no idea about. We live in New Jersey, and now my son is stranded on Staten Island. Turns out, he was able to drive the car home because they didn’t work on the car at all. I was promised by the mechanic that he would work on the car first thing in the morning the next day. I go out of my way to bring the car back the next day, I drop the car off, I spend some time in Staten Island. I called at around 11 AM to find out what progress they’ve made, and I’m told that the car didn’t even get worked on yet. I was called a few hours later after that to be told that they didn’t have the part. This whole thing has been a complete nightmare and I would never, ever suggest anyone, ever get a car from this embarrassment of a car dealership. More

Felt that the customer service could have been a better and more personable experience. Location was “busy”. Salesperson rushed - minimal interaction. Finally found it at your dealership. Vehicle only came with one key which was odd and no one could tell me what I would have to do to get a spare set. More
