We went without an appointment and met our salesperson Mary for the first time. She was cordial, pleasant, funny and even laughed at my attempt at humor. But to the more serious stuff we explained our s Mary for the first time. She was cordial, pleasant, funny and even laughed at my attempt at humor. But to the more serious stuff we explained our situation, expressed an interest in a particular model and from that point on she was the consummate professional. I should note that I explained to Mary that there was time remaining on my existing lease with another dealer and I may not be prepared to make a final decision.. Despite this she took the initiative to show all available models, explained every detail and proceeded to allow the test drive of not one but two models. After the test drive she understood that I still remained undecided and Mary still worked determinedly to get the best deal possible. We are still in negotiation, have communicated several times since our meeting and in each of these she continues to provide exceptional customer service. If you;re headed to Dana ask for Mary. More

My F350 Limited Dually Crew Cab was purchased here, and I always bring it here for service. My service Rep Felix Gonzalez was extremely courteous, and I could not ask for someone to be more professional. He always bring it here for service. He looked up and gave me any and all information I had requested. The only thing I wished could be better at Dana Ford Lincoln is that they have a car wash that could accommodate the size of my truck. More
