Too little too late. You didn't care to handle this issue properly until I posted a complaint. I found another Ford dealership with superior customer service. They explain the waiting process better and offer a loaner car. If you were really concerned you would have returned the message I left with the front desk at your dealership.

He said he didn't even have to sell me the truck and he can get more money for it 10,000 more when the truck came with the wrong running board I had to accept it I couldn't reorder the problem is half the stuff that was Order in that truck is no longer available He didn't care nor wanted to help me with this issue
