My car was recalled for a door latch repair. Upon arrival I was met by Felix who was very kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained in detail what was involved for this recall and escor Upon arrival I was met by Felix who was very kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained in detail what was involved for this recall and escorted me to your waiting room which by the way, was airy, clean and comfortable. HGTV was also enjoyable. I was there for about an hour when Felix returned to tell me that my car was washed, inspected and "good to go". The serial numbers revealed that I did not require a door latch repair. Good news all around. More

There is zero communication with the Customer and when you call they are always away from their desk or stepped out or just left for the day. They had my car for 2 days and nothing was completed on it. Th you call they are always away from their desk or stepped out or just left for the day. They had my car for 2 days and nothing was completed on it. They didn’t even look at it till the second day. Mind you it took 3 months to get the appointment. I took two days off from work for nothing. The place is a complete joke. More
