The reps from Dana sent me a note letting me know the car I was interested in, in fact did not have a sunroof, they let me know I could unsubscribe If I did not want any further e mails. Hi. I will not be returning to Lincoln Ford of Staten Island for any future purchases or service. Diane was the only pleasant person I spoke with. She is the only one who did not speak to me with an attitude. I do not appreciate being spoken to like I’m an idiot (Camile) My car should of never left that lot to be taken home to someone else’s house over night. This is unacceptable and I was treated as if I did something wrong by asking. I asked to speak to a manager and a manager never called me. And I still do not have answers on my MY car stood overnight at a service persons house on the street. I have pictures and address. Just unacceptable. More

The turnaround time for parts delivery to Dana Ford in Staten Island is terrible it took approximately 3 weeks for parts to be delivered to repair my 2013 Ford escape.
