Nice and friendly. Prices are transparent and reasonable. However they were not prepared when when we returned to take the vehicle. Also the car was advertised as have new tires, but clearly not as one tire has a plug in it. When we asked about it we were told they were new. Other than these two matter the experience was good. The reps from Dana sent me a note letting me know the car I was interested in, in fact did not have a sunroof, they let me know I could unsubscribe If I did not want any further e mails.
