If I can give zero stars I would … I leased a 2017 explorer during negotiation Doug Hanson the “managers “ made all these promises to me about getting money back due to damage caused by staff during a explorer during negotiation Doug Hanson the “managers “ made all these promises to me about getting money back due to damage caused by staff during a car wash. My car about 6 times had power steering problems which almost killed me and my daughter. During negotiation Doug the manager tells me don’t worry I’m over my lease he will take care of until the deal goes through. Come march 2022 2AM I get a knock on my door my explorer is on a tow truck for a lease return and my car was taken. I dont know how people keep going to this place they don’t keep there work once they get you out the door with the car they don’t care at all. BAD BUSINESS!! DO NOT GO HERE More

I'm very disappointed in the financial aspect of my lease. I was given a monthly payment of $700.00 complete. Then I was told to write a check to Dana for the amount of $910.00, When I inquired, I was lease. I was given a monthly payment of $700.00 complete. Then I was told to write a check to Dana for the amount of $910.00, When I inquired, I was told the 210.00 was for the DMV and if I overpay, I would receive a refund from DMV. Well, my registration cost 65.00. so there's a balance of $145.00. I called Dana to inquire, I was given a run around for two days, Finally they got back to me and gave me another story for the money. This story was, that fee was for documents and tax on the tire coverage.....RIDICULOUS. You can't make this crap up. So, which is it???? Where is my balance??? More
